Overview

Ho San Li (Sunny) is a solicitor, qualified to practise in both England and Wales and Hong Kong for more than 15 years.

In Hong Kong, Sunny has an established practice in immigration and public law litigations and judicial reviews. He also has experience in handling various types of civil litigation, such as property disputes, contractual disputes, and market misconduct inquiries. He has appeared in all levels of courts as an advocate; some of these cases are mentioned in The Law Reports.

Sunny is now establishing his practice in England, and represents clients with a keen interest in property dispute resolution (litigation and ADR), administrative and judicial review against Public Body decisions, as well as Hong Kong / UK cross-border dispute resolution. He also advises on employment issues.
Sunny remains qualified in Hong Kong and can give advice on all aspects of Hong Kong laws.

Sunny has an eclectic mix of interests, including post-rock music, art-house cinema and football. He is the secretary to the Hong Kong Everton Supporters Club.
